LevaCura (“LevaCura,” “we,” “us”) provides a done-for-you, managed customer-support service for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this plain-spoken on purpose.
Information we collect
From you, the business owner. When you book a call or get in touch, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, business name, email, phone number, and what you tell us about how your business works.
To run your support, on your behalf.Once you’re a client, our service processes the customer messages that come into the tools you connect, so it can draft replies for your approval. We act as a processor of that information for you.
Automatically. Like most websites, we collect basic, privacy-respecting usage data (such as pages viewed) to keep the site working and improve it. We do not use this to build advertising profiles of you.
How we use information
- To respond to your enquiry, give you a quote, and set up your service.
- To build, tune, and run your support assistant and send your daily summaries.
- To provide support, keep the service secure, and meet legal obligations.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your information or your customers’ information. We do not share it except with trusted providers who help us run the service, and only as needed to provide it to you. Your data is used to run your support — nothing else.
Data retention & security
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take it seriously and are happy to walk you through exactly how your data is handled before you commit.
Your choices & rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you, by reaching out to us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
